I told mom on the day I left Panama that I would come back by 2010. I have collected some money since I arrived back in Thailand. Excited and proud, please let me tell you that Thailand-USA-Panama Mission is set. With some companions like my uncle and a few friends of him, this mission becomes more interesting.

I asked my friend, Paew who is also an AFS returnee, to contact a travel agent for she has been in contact with several of them for years. Todavida--only one agent emailed the itinerary.

I forwarded it to my uncle. He emailed me back saying that flying with Copa might be cheaper. He was right. Maybe we should book the tickets by ourselves. Good news is that one member of the mission has a Thai restaurant located in Los Angeles (actually, it's her mom's). She said that we could stay at the wat Thai for free!!!

With excitement, I called mom (FYI: italk-it's super cheap:) telling her about the mission. 9 minutes on the phone made me realise how bad mi espan~ol was. So my sub-mission is to brush up my spanish.

We are waiting for some news from the travel agents. By the way, my dream trip to Angor Wat has been put off. Hope I can make it early April before the Mission.
